OptiSperse ADJ5150 is a 25% caustic soda solution that controls boiler water alkalinity. Because this product is a liquid, the hazards associated with dissolving dry caustic soda are significantly reduced. OptiSperse ADJ5150 has a freeze point of approximately -16°C (3°F) and, as such, is much less temperature sensitive than 50% caustic solutions.
Treatment and Feeding Requirements
Proper treatment levels for OptiSperse ADJ5150 depend on many factors particular to a given installation. The product should be used in accordance with control procedures that Veolia establishes for a specific application.
OptiSperse ADJ5150 may be fed neat or diluted to any convenient strength with softened makeup, condensate, or feedwater.

Store OptiSperse ADJ5150 at moderate temperatures and protect from freezing. If frozen, thaw completely and mix thoroughly before use.
